I Pay my loan almost a month early every month. Like clockwork I have to then call at the end of the month to tell them to fix my loan because it puts it all on principal. I never say apply to principal it just happens. I always make sure it is just make payment. Very tired of having to call every month. Why have an app if it doesn't work properly. This has happened no less than 8 to 10 times. I just like to pay early and it's frustrating. Melvin Yates Please try and fix this.
