It's ridiculous that we're charged for everything even though there's no way to try the clothes on. BUT if you buy 2 sizes then you end up with a store credit or risk the item not being the same price, which is what I'm experiencing. Now im trying to use my gift card from returning an item that was way too big and getting an error about the balance and I'm still having issues. I will be taking a long break from FN as there are too many other stores that treat us better.

Absolutely horrid company! Zero stars if possible! Finally decided to try them after people talked about how great they were. They are worse than Temu! I placed an order and a couple of days later went to check tracking to see when it would arrive. I then see that it's been cancelled without any notification from them or my refund. Good luck trying to contact them about it either. If you're going to take someone's money and then cancel the order, YOU SEND AN EMAIL LETTING THEM KNOW! HUGE SCAM!!
