They recently removed their customer service phone staff so there is no way or no one you can actually speak with when you have issues. Update: as of December 12th 2024, the hats finally arrived. 4 stars was due to leaving people in limbo as to when to expect a delivery. Hats are in great condition upon arrival and inspection, and they are the sizes I ordered. |
