Absolutely horrendous!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I BOUGHT A CHAIN FOR MY WIFE. WHAT I FOR WAS NOT WHAT WAS IN THE PICTURE SO I TRIED TO GET A REFUND. THEY Tried charging me an $18 handling fee to return it. O make a long story short. I ended up settling for store credit but yet I still haven't received an email back. I have emailed them 7 times message them on their app. And I've heard nothing. I sent the chain back and have heard nothing. The better business bureau has been informed.

Do not trust this company. Five days ago, I sent an email concerning a purchase that they entered into UPS to be picked up. UPS HAS TOLD ME THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT. With every contact I make with the company, I get the same form letter: "... it takes 24-48 hours for updates to be made in the tracking system. Please give it some time." I will be canceling my purchase through MasterCard. This "company" should care more about their customers than to toss form letters at every concern.
