I used to be able to manage notifications settings on my phone through dialpads different departments and now I'm unable to manage any notification. Just tells me to turn off / on notifications which is not what I'm looking for. I'm not sure what happened to this feature but they completely changed it which is unfortunate.

TRULY HORRIFIC APP We recently switched from RingCentral for DialPad Ai (which is fantastic). Unfortunately, this piece of garbage is completely unusable. Your calls will go silent any time your phone screen goes on timeout. When you finish a call, the phone number from the previous call remains in the dialer and you have to delete it before making another call....the list of issues is long, especially for an app that is NOT new and used primarily by businesses.
