The web app makes it tough for agents to send SMS since they cannot choose a template folder, nor can they type in to search for a specific template when using a Zoho module to open the SMS Magic app. Makes for a lot of searching when we have 100+ templates built. |

In testing we found that customers would think they were sending an SMS, but it would fail to get to us. Most of the time the app doesn't notify you that you have a message and it doesn't matter how any times you delete the app and re-install the app. Consistently fails to send messages and if you leave the app before the message is sent it doesn't finish sending the message and deletes the message you were trying to send instead of saving it as a draft. |

An app either works out of the box or it does not. No one running a business is going to spend time with customer service when you could have posted the fix, as I see it has been reported on other reviews. |
