I am unable to login in the app and it is showing that I am logged in on other device when I am not and I had paid for the course and now my money is going to waste

Can't use this app after I changed my mobile and it says already logged in anither device but I reset my old phone and it says the same thing on that phone too Edit- they fixed the issue
