This app won't open. Tried clearing cache, data, uninstall and reinstall, won't open past "please wait".

I like the fact I can block SMS but it kept freezing up, forcing me to reboot my Samsung phone, would not download photos or attachments sent to me and does not offer a gif option. After it froze the 5th time in two hours, I removed it and cancelled my subscription. On the app settings they also don't offer a link to inquire about technical issues. All together, a very bad experience. Cannot recommend.
