Yoga with Shilpa Jaiswal

I highly recommend the beyond splits classes for the following reasons- 1. It is a very well structured program with a good balance of yoga and other forms of exercise 2. Shilpa is a very good teacher and the way she explains the yoga forms and techniques, helps get the foundation and basics right 3. Despite it being an online class, the personal attention and correction inputs are exceptional and very very helpful
