2025-02-04 | This app is utterly useless, especially when you pay $40 for a "background check". It's a push notification system with a 30 second countdown to accept a job, and I don't think they scan for gig bots. You get a notification, and the job offer is gone within just a few seconds, giving you no chance to accept anything. They can't blame it on the phone either. My phone is less than 6 months old, and I have 5G service with a major carrier, in a major metropolitan area. Format needs to be changed.
2025-01-05 | I did a few projects, and then notifications completely stopped. I haven't got a project in two months, and every project I've had was completed perfectly with no issues. I contacted support but only got a chat bot that can't help at all! I thought this app would be good for some additional work , but it turns out it's really not worth it
2025-01-05 | I love the fact that their customer service and support are very accessible and aware. Overall it's a great app if you're doing cargo van/truck and above or if you are on a solo job. The most frustrating thing with this app is if you are a helper the drivers rarely communicate with you. When I'm assigned as help, I always reach out. I call, text and try to sync up our ETA, but 9/10 leads like to go when ever they like(early) without saying anything to the helper. I've lost a lot of money, gas,⌚
2024-12-14 | Wasted $50 for a background check to have an app that only shows a white screen I contacted support a couple different times they kept sending me random links I get a couple of email that had nothing to do with fixing the app the person I talked to through messages told me they had never used the app and had no idea how to fix it don't waste your time
2024-12-01 | It was difficult wen first started having to be the first to accept project had to tap button fast to get work but it has got better with more jobs frequent I just stuck to taken low pay jobs no body wanted hope. To open up to better jobs and it seems to work out some delivery's do require long travel /travel during harsh conditions fyi. it personally don't bother me but would like to see the pay increase for these situations sometimes the job just covers the gas Honestly great app4sidemoney
2024-11-30 | Pretty good pay when a job comes up. The problem I have is only 1-2 jobs pop up a month in my area. $40-80 a month is kind of pointless. Need to allow the ability to deliver whereever you go rathervthan just your home area..
2024-11-22 | It feels nice to have a delivery job, where you can come and go as you like, or feel as if you work for yourself. However, go share sometimes micromanages, customer service is hit/miss when you're in crisis, they pay low 4 the amount of miles they demand, they have no algorithm that sends you nearby jobs, they don't always pay when you work excess hours (due to traffic etc) & after accepting pic (no access to app for me) proof, refusing to pay multiple toll fees, leaving drivers losing $.
2024-11-14 | 🚨Scam ALERT🚨 $45-$50 background check fee should be covered by Goshare, not drivers. Low-paying gigs pay less than $1/mile, excluding mileage, travel time, gas, and wait time at pickup, plus no pay for getting there. If you cancel close to pickup, they deduct that fee from your next delivery. For example, you drive 40+ minutes expecting a big payout, but instead get a deduction due to a previous canceled trip. Horrible practices! Check Reddit to hear stories from other drivers. #FactCheck
2024-11-12 | Having to pay at least 49$ for a background check is absurd. I've NEVER had to pay for background checks. Other apps don't charge! There is no promise of making any money or getting any projects. My background is spotless so seriously where's the incentive to pay first? I don't want to hear some excuse about covering costs. Goshare is the company so it's on them to cover the costs of doing business or factor that into the business model. I'd be a 1099 independent contractor so I say nope.
2024-11-01 | 💥Zero stars❗️Stop playing, trying 2B a smart alley & do better. #1.I see your response saying you're going 2 fix it, but U haven't done so. #2. We paid $45 for a background check & can't get work from U in the areas we ARE IN! #3. There's no list that shows available jobs. #4.When U do send jobs 2 our phone, it's random, w/o an alert & to far away 2 do, the timer is delayed, so we miss out on here & there offers!(my alerts & notifications R on)GoShare is making all the money & dont pay enough👎 |
