| 2024-03-15 |  | | I bought airbuds 430. It was defective, I sent them back, they demanded for charges which I have paid. And now I'm waiting from February 20th and they haven't sent back. I have called their customer support multiple times and their agent's behavior is literally pathetic. They behave so disrespectfully as they doesn't even know how to treat a customer who is already suffering from a bad experience. This is the worst ever brand and worst ever customer support I've ever experienced. Pathetic:( |
