アプリのインターフェイスはそこまで問題ありません。緊急対応はできない感じのアプリです。担当者の毎回のレスポンスは早くて大変ありがたいのですが、実際の対応が遅すぎて困っています。入居したてのときの修繕箇所の対応には3ヶ月以上かかりました。今回はエアコンの水漏れが発生し、緊急対応できないアプリのシステムで、コロナで在宅勤務が普及してもなお対応が遅く、退去を考え始めています。
