Awful people. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the bus company. I purchase a ticket from Argentina to Chile, the border was closed that day because of a storm and recorrido only refunded a portion of the ticket. Why are they getting rich when they didn't provide the service they said they would? They must be making millions without moving a finger. I contacted them about this and they just ignore me. Now I have to report them to my credit card as a fraudulent institution. Shame!
