2024-12-12 | Last update: new transfer goes "oops! An error... please try again later". I spoke too soon! :( Since previous update app stopped crashing! Yoopee! It still starts slower then before the beginning of problems and sometimes gets stuck starting a new bank transfer... but it's getting better. I wish the transfer history details were visible, not just amount, date and title. I've seen this option in EVERY other bank: ubs, santander, getin, hsbc, citybank. One day maybe, one day... | ||

I was happy about self servise, however it is not works, and get an error, and it need to go to the one of the BCV and pay money for repair what the self service is doing, and there is no place to ask anybody what was and how it is happened. I strongly recommend not use self service. | ||

All items looks like web page and not like mobile app. It's the only reason I need to use another bank with easy to use mobile banking app. But if you are bcv customer - the app allows you to perform required actions after some struggles. | ||

Too many maintenances blocking the use of the whole app or functions within the app, for long period of time. It would be nice to either allow for screenshots or allow to download transfert/payment invoice. | ||

It's easy to see your balance and the amount of money spent for each month. the only bug are the attachments of the email, they can't be opened or downloaded. Also, the return button bring you very back from some tabs. Often you have to click again and again to go back to a specific tab if you used the back button. |
