2024-09-13 | Love the game really do. But I have purchased their permanent ad-free pass twice now. And now I find out I still have to watch ads again. The first time it didn't save my data when I had to replace my phone so I had to buy the ad-free pass again. Now that I bought a new phone it took away the permanent ad-free feature making me have to buy it again. This is ridiculous. How is it that you saved my data this time, but not my damn purchase.
2022-10-25 | Pretty good hoard survival game with Archero style levels/equipment (but no energy system which is admirable). Definitely in the upper echelon of an oversaturated market. Polished visuals, good enemy variety, good pacing (you level up fairly quickly). Most of the abilities seem copy-pasted from Magic Survival (Genre-defining original, highly recommend), but enough new abilities and innovative fusions that its acceptable. Have enjoyed the first few levels, & no pay to win plateau encountered yet.
2022-10-22 | Game is good, but has a couple issues. 1 it gets super chaotic in later levels making it really difficult to tell the difference between your attacks and the enemy's. Especially with fire. And 2, the characters desperately needs some sort of projectile resistance other than the useless shield that's only active for Luke a half second every now and then.
2022-10-09 | Could've almost been the best game in this genre, but suffers from excessively expensive mtx compared to others and lacks any kind of feedback whatsoever when you're taking damage which means when things get crazy on-screen you won't know that you're getting hit or what's hitting you. So you'll die. A lot. With no way of knowing why. These two problems hold the game back significantly and I cannot recommend.
2022-08-25 | Would've been 5 stars, but fusing items normal way has very low success rate and boosting fusion with shards is waaay too expensive. Besides, you have to practically live in the game in order to accumulate enough resources. Oh, big downside, there is no way to focus your fusion, result always random. And of course most time it is not what need it.
2022-08-14 | Really fun game, addicting even. Only reason not 5 star is the sheer amount of times the game resets itself because of an ad. Losing the bonus? I cant tell. Extremely obnoxious? Yes... Keep up the good work, please fix the ad issue. Ads arent even too overwhelming, they just make the game crash.
2022-08-03 | Definitely has potential, but too many of the game mechanics seem pointless early on. 30-sec ads for 1 level bonus for a spell that's useless is bad, maybe 5-sec instead? Skill tree makes you buy all, no decisions, not a tree. Most spells are too weak to the point where you're screwed if you don't have Electric Ring. Spell fusion can sometimes make a less viable spell than when they're separate (power of fusion seems to be dependent on the power of the base spell rather than the combination?).
2022-07-30 | I never complain about ads, ever! But you guys took an original, decent game in its own right, put some much needed polish on it, and then made immersion into the game all but IMPOSSIBLE. I would challenge the devs to play the game now as it stands. Go to level 8 and onwards and you have to watch a 30 second ad every 2 minutes just to stand a chance of beating these guys! I believe in financially supporting the devs of games I enjoy, but 30 dollars?? That's highway robbery. This is too bad.
2022-07-23 | Game is extremely scammy. If you want a fighting chance, you'll be watching ads more than actually playing the game. There is a lucky wheel mechanic where you can watch an ad to spin it up to 8 times to get all 8 rewards, with a guaranteed epic rare item, except once you spin it 7 times it locks you out from spinning again and you can't get the rare item.
2022-07-14 | It's the type of game I was looking for, it plays really well, and the progression isn't painfully slow...but the ads ruined this game for me. At first, I didn't mind watching ads to get extra levels or to get two "artifacts" instead of one. It becomes an app where you play for 20% of the time and watch ads for 80%. |
