App keeps crashing and does not load with the latest update.

I V, 2024-06-05

Needed to get a book from the library after I graduated. Was told to download this app and apply for a library barcode (which I already had from when I was a student, but was now apparently unacceptable?). I applied and was informed that I needed to wait ten days to get the barcode, but that the alumni center could issue me a physical card. I went to the alumni centre and asked for a card. They said they had received my application but could not issue me a card. 15 days later, still no barcode.
