This app is terrible, freezes. Cannot sign in

Today Ja.28/25 Who decided to change your app to one probably not compatible with 1/3 of your banking public???!! Jan.23.25 Great person to person help, for sure! Thank you. However, the web page says "download new app" and I went there and it was still my same old app, which it says it is not compatible with my phone. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN, app Maker?, eh APP MAKER?
