Every single time and offer is on the app it never works right causing me to either pay out of pocket or drop the order. The store doesn't care. It's unfortunate because the pizza is amazing!

Poorly designed rewards program. Blocks of points expire and it's not very obvious when it happens but they do expire rather quickly. You also need to have Cash App to see your rewards history. That makes zero sense! I have quite a few apps with rewards programs and this is by far the least satisfying in terms of user experience or rewards. Hopefully this gets revamped.
