Does not work on mobile data, says you are offline but it downloads and installs using same mobile data network. Works on wifi only, so not usable on roads.

App does not work for its purpose. it just keeps loading the vehicle details page and does not show the pink slip as it is supposed to. Developers need to test it before pushing the update!
