| 2025-01-29 |  |  | Not even really an app. It just runs in the Chrome browser. I can't login, the support is terrible. It tells me to check my version which I can, but how do I know which version is the newest? I've uninstalled, reinstalled, still can't login. Tells me to enable cookies. They are enabled. Even in the "app" it shows they are enabled. |

| 2024-10-15 |  | | Been with conexus for many years and the app really does suck. From adding people as emt contacts to literally trying to log into my bank app. Directed to a blank white screen. Literally worst banking app ever. Not everyone has time to call the freaking service center. |

I'm super happy that I can change my launch screen image, can fingerprint auth, etc. and even though I always thought the old version of the Conexus app was very dated, I strongly feel it worked a lot better. UPDATE: Seems to be performing better now after a few updates but my transaction history is missing certain bill payments, not cool. |
| 2024-08-15 |  | | Its been working alright to decent. I miss the old app being quicker to get into and it had a better interface. One more thing the older apps have done was tap being available through it. It's not horrendous anymore with tons of errors like before but the interface could be more user friendly. |
| 2024-07-26 |  | | This app is terrible. If I could give it zero stars, that is what I would do. It is unreliable and difficult to use. Whomever their developers are, they should replace them. No matter how many updates they do, it doesn't get any better. Here is an example. I've tried for three days to add an e-transfer contact to no avail. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, shut my phone off and on. I am NOT phoning the customer service line. The app should work reliably!! Ready to find a new bank!!! |
