The application is absolutely catastrophic, extremely outdated, with limited functions, and extremely frequent errors. For two years, I have made numerous complaints, but it seems BRD is possibly too arrogant to take customers' feedback into consideration. The worst among all the banking apps I have. Don’t waste your time with complaints; after a long wait, customer support doesn't even understand the issues raised, and they are not capable of behaving decently.

The worst app I ever had and surely the worst app on the planet. The developer of the app should have received the worst and the silliest app award since the experience is awful. First of all, I was not able to log in into the app, the process is too slow, we have 1000000 of steps to follow and then when you think you are done, surprise, you must start all over. I have tried 10 times alreday to log in and nothing.
