Block Puzzle

I have been on level 5395 for days and this game ends (if I choose not to use 50 coins to keep playing) when I still have a piece I can play. This has happened numerous times during this particular level, and a handful in the past on other levels. It is quite annoying, especially since I purchase more coins, blastiing blocks, rotating options and additional blocks to help with the level, which then becomes a waste. I contacted support through app yesterday looking for a resolution, nothing yet

Played for a very long time, at some point it the game took away half the block shapes it used to give me to play with. I never get any single blocks or z shapes or "short T"s as I call them (if you know you know). I used to get scores of 3000+ and now I almost can't break 1000. I like to be challenged, but the game feels rigged anymore. It has always given pieces meant to try to make the player lose, but with so few options it's become a nearly impossible game.
