Your customer service persons picks up the call, I explained my issue then they said we will be transferring your call to the concerned person but he is not available every time (tried many times) So, who will be there for us if we have some concerns? Also, many times holdings are not showing in portfolio then after facing many issues you will say sorry for the inconvenience. Don't be sorry instead fix these issues asap. |
