| 2025-01-30 |  | | I've been a customer of BIGVU for many months. The customer service is wonderful! I am not techie as I am 73 yrs of age and come from the Flintstone Era. I am somewhat new to the tech world therefore, I often ask many questions when I need help. Lives, German, Maine & Miquel often respond and answer my questions, in addition, send me information to make it easier for me. Lives went above and beyond last night showing me how to insert clips into my video! WOW! I highly recommend this company. |

The overall video quality and audio is poor. I paid for the yearly subscription thinking this would help me up my game but the quality is just not there for the price they are charging. |

You go over and click to monthly to fund it's 10 times more if you pay for just a starter plan monthly. You guys had a chance to be awesome, but it's just greed. Disappointed. But it frustrates me that at least four times now the video doesn't finish compiling which is combining the captions with the video and audio. It gets to about 90%and just stops. Before generating the video it needs to save all your changes or corrections to the captions. But it doesn't.I It just tries to generate the video and if it fails you have to go back and correct captions again |

For some reason, even though I am centered on my phone screen, the app keeps placing my face halfway out of the screen on the finished product. There doesn't seem to be a reason for it and any type of solution is not available in the settings. Had to uninstall for the simple reason that it just didn't work for me. |

For unlimited you'll have to pay $139 UPFRONT for the year.That's insane. Should easily be unlimited for the $15 a month price. Not too mention it doesn't always save correctly either. Smh |

Plus, the functions to do all of that are very easy to learn and use. You can incorporate overlays, other videos, music, etc., right into your video, and, you can also use a green screen or not and change the initial background. Wow! This app is packed with features that will allow anyone, especially content creators to produce jaw-dropping videos! |

It significantly lowers the video quality of the front facing camera 2. light for some reason flickers instead of staying steady (and I double checked without using the app, and using several different lighting options to make sure it wasn't an issue on my end or my phone). 3. It significantly lowers the volume of anything you're recording and the audio is not sharp or clear but rather low and fuzzy. 4. Way over priced for what you're getting. |
| 2023-06-17 |  | | The app worked great on my phone and laptop but then I tried to edit the video online and regardless of the browser I use, the page becomes unresponsive so I cannot edit. I contacted Bigvu and was asked to reboot which I did and to no avail. I tried another browser and closed all the other open apps on my laptop to free up CPU and still cannot edit. Very disappointing. I have this 2 stats because the teleprompter works great. I'm researching other apps to use. |

It makes your video creation process much easier: scripting - teleprompting - adjusting the videos - adding subtitles (beautyful subtitles!) - downloading/publishing videos. Saves you a ton of time and I think it is absolutely just to pay some money for this service! :) |
