| 2024-06-13 |  | | I just want to download a document. Even though the app says it is being downloaded and I can find it back by swiping down, it is still nowhere to be found on my phone. |

| 2023-05-07 |  | | Interface is poor and there are frequent bugs. Have had frequent delays due to not receiving notifications and emails from them. As a company, they have good customer support but this is not to do with the app. |

| 2020-05-07 |  | | Can't delete a property when you made one up just for testing functionality purposes. It can only be archived and (re)activated, so whatever dummy you create will show up in My Properties indefinitely. Also, after going into My Properties with only this dummy archived will render the '...More' option useless from then on. It will always send you straight to the My Properties screen and only a restart of the app will give the '...More' option access again to eg: My Documents from the home screen. |
