As an user I should let you know, your app is not user friendly 😕. I may not tell you to do this, but you should try cellfin app. And redesign the app and make it easier for everyone. You should add Polli Bidyut bill service on your app. And this should be a free of cost service. This way you may find more people from the rural areas as user of this app.

Very disappointed with the app. My card is not working and Unet app doesn't work as well. It is showing loading screen for 2 days and customer supports are saying their internal team is working on it.
