Basically USELESS. Ever month I have 23 GB data but no matter what I do am unable to use 98% of the time. As a telecom engineer I know the TELKOM service is TOTALLY OVERSUBSCRIBED but yet we must continue to pay. Will definitely close account

I started my university journey with Axxess WiFi, and I just want to thank you for providing such excellent service! Throughout my studies, I never had a problem with the signal. Your WiFi never let me down—whether it was live classes or writing exams, everything worked smoothly without buffering or interruptions. Now that I’m qualified and done with university, I just want to say that Axxess will always be my number one provider.
