Not meeting terms and conditions from purchase. 48 hours to 72 hours just to process the order according to customer service (but they take the money straight...) and they are looking into another 5 to7 days for shipping out(instead of apllying their T&Cs which is 1 to 2 business days for parts in stock). Part shown in stock but wasnt, nor in their warehouse nor in stock elsewhere. T/Cs from their answer is from another site.LIARS behind at least 3 companies and sites! |

Warehouse in Austria, waiting week to be prepared ( probably will be longer if I'm not monitoring), then sending by courier ( Ever i) and no updates where the parcel is and when will arrive. | 2023-08-24 |  | | I've recently had to buy parts for my ageing Kia Sorento after it failed it's MOT. I was ill advised (by a mechanic), that I needed handbrake cables. When work was started on the repairs, it turned out that these were not needed at all. I contacted the company and, not only did they offer a refund, but they sent me a prepaid label via email to send it back to Germany. Parts were very cheap to buy and I was delighted with the whole process. Bear in mind that they'll take time to arrive. |
| 2023-08-01 |  | | Over 2 weeks parts still not arrived. Buycarparts says their courier has issues. They say they will not refund me, until their courier returns the items to them. Very frustrating. I'm still waiting for my refund, after wasting so much time on this issue |

I think you guys need to understand that car parts ordered need to delivered asap as the car can't be sitting in the garage. If its not possible to deliver on time outside your country then stop this international services please. I have to order the same item locally and it would be delivered within 3 days. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering the car part. I will have to return your item and loose my money :-( |
| 2022-08-18 |  | | Don't use this company sent me a clutch that doesn't fit my car even though it says it will won't respond to try and send it back took over a week to even ship the parts and haven't even shipped or sent me an invoice for a separate order I made over a week ago but has still taken the money won't be using these scammers again stay well clear |
| 2021-06-10 |  | | The app is ok. Service not good. Unfortunately the business is not able to assure order preparation in the agreed terms. I've ordered a part that is available on the website, and it should have been prepared and shipped within 2 working days. On the third day my order is not being shipped (after contacting customer support confirm that) and I haven't received ANY kind of status update on this issue. Basically what the company is saying about sending within 2 days is not what in reality happened. |
