Slow, heavy very often problematic in connection, cannot be connected (android).

Had to get a new phone, rang the alarm installer for a new code and whatever else I needed. Connected once after that and haven't been able to connect since. Keeps asking me to enter my pin then cancels on me time and time again. Never again 😡
