I have had a Gold+ membership & been using the app, for just over 1 year. The company call-taking service is prompt, friendly, based in Australia & helpful. Any problems with the app (freezes a bit), are easily resolved & the follow-up from the company has been excellent. Whilst there has been a reduction in the scope of Victorian hospitals/company chains, covered by the company in 2024, I am impressed by the range of allied services covered & the financial scale of return.
