The game has a huge hacking problem. There is no 2FA and no limit on login attempts. Unless you have a very strong password, your account will be hacked. Hacked accounts get banned, and there is essentially no recourse to reverse it. (NOTE - I have been banned on pretty much all my accounts because of hacking)
