2024-07-26 | Very poor. Constant messages for things that are not relevant or already completed and emails saying that we have tasks to do when the app says everything is completed. Not a good reflection on the company that seems to be very good. You're allowing the app to make your company look poor. | ||

Myself and another have both had issues with getting past the various verification checks as the app simply says "connection error" (I've tried using various WiFi networks and mobile data) and the in-App team are no help over the instant messenger. | ||

It's disorganized, cluttered, with no clear instructions. Solicitors exploit clients, charging twice for KYC work. The app's difficulty seems intentional, making compliance a struggle. It feels like a GCSE project by schoolchildren. Unprofessional and avoidable. | ||

2019-11-05 | Can't upload documents, and tasks stay on to-do list even after completion. Not to mention it constantly crashes. Used initially on a nexus 5 and now on Samsung S7 Edge. Still the same problems which are really core to the app. Was any testing conducted? At all? |
