This is a very bad experience. I have a long time and very useful information on my jotter but I can't sign into it ok n another phone with my correct login details. It always writes login time out. Costumer care can't be reached. Please help o. I need to access that information in the jotter.

Lost changes to a note I was editing. I think this happened when the app was closed in the background. If this app can't reliably save changes then it is useless to me.
