Ordered vegetables for sambar in the morning. The app showed delivery by 6 PM . The delivery has not been fulfilled till now (8.30 PM). This is my third experience with them . Quality of vegetables are good but the app is very much ill managed. Update at 10 PM : Delivery guy from porter called and informed that the delivery couldn't be fulfilled today. He will deliver the same vegetables tomorrow!! No response from Find fresh till now.

We are extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided by find fresh team. Unfortunately, deliveries are consistently delayed and do not meet the promised timelines. Furthermore, we have experienced difficulty in getting assistance from the customer support team. Our calls often go unresponded, leaving us without resolution or updates on our concerns
