Why cant i delete my account from this app? Why is there no number or email address for Client Support to help me with erasing my information from this platform. I got this because the event organizer fed the vendors this idea. Convenient? In a way. For the vendors not to lose tickets or someone losing actual cash. BUT....why the hell arent we allowed to erase our data once we do not want this app or our data to be on this platform?!
