This App is really helpful in keeping you on tasks, simple, and easy to follow.

The app is very helpful. All the things you would usually chart with pen and paper at your fingertips on your device. My only criticism is that you are not able to edit completed tasks. If you've forgotten something and need to add it, I haven't been able to edit what I have already submitted. Although there is an added notepad for caregiver comments. Out of 10, I would give it a 8.5. It is an easy app to use, which it also has going in its favor.
