Currently i experienced a serious functionality issue in the app, i tried to add the mobile top-up then everything was smooth except the OTP because i didn't receive any OTP. I tried two different phone numbers but each time i didn't receive any OTP. It has been two days I'm trying to add that but still facing same issue.😡

I am facing issue after change my device . i am unable to access my account even am trying with my correct credentials. I ask to fix on thier help line , they guide just unprofessional way. They said if you are not able to login , you have to reset your credentials then i try to reset , application ask for cnic mobile and last 4 digits , after giving my information otp failed failed and failed , UBL cheapest service ever , i will never recommend anyone to use , I am also transferring my accout.
