If you want to automate rent payments, you have to pay fees. The only way you can avoid fees is if you manually pay your rent. So then what is the point of this app? I could do automated payments on my banking app for free with other agents. Now I need to pay rent manually everytime I get paid even though all my other bills, savings and investments are automated. Not impressed, going backwards in technology.
