One of the BEST apps YOU can get!! addicting entertaining awesome they have lots of sales. and you can watch trailers for just about any movie you can think of or remember there's most the time a trailer available you can watch for free! then if it looks like something you're interested in you can purchase it or rent it. if you don't have this app download it now! yeah... NOW!!

The app is great for watching/buying content; however, disc to digital scanning my movies may possibly me the biggest piece of trash tech upload I've ever used. How they haven't made the barcode scanner a live reader opposed to pictures is beyond me. It says the server crashes every 30 seconds. It's terrible.

Absolutely terrible now that it switched from Vudu. Sometimes it will play on my Fire TV and sometimes it won't. When I play something on my phone, it will say that it's playing on another device (probably the TV) even though I stopped the movie on all other devices. I got these movies years ago and I wish I could get my money back so I can buy them on a streaming service that actually works.

Purchased a dvd with a digital code, code will not work. Been back and forth with more than 10 emails for a month and a half. They just keep asking for screenshots of the same things. Have made 2 calls to fandango each lasting more than 30 minutes and have gotten NOWHERE. Still no digital code redeemed, and they won't do anything for our inconvenience. Last call I asked to talk to a supervisor and got hung up on. Don't bother with this app or spend money with them. Poor customer service.

The application always defaults to Custom order and never remembers the previous order - I prefer to sort my movies by release date. this is true for Android and FireTV. Movies Anywhere does not have this issue. Additionally, customer service is horrible. You repeat yourself over and over, until you are so frustrated that you close the service request. Also, some movies are missing release date and don't sort properly. This is not an issue with Movies Anywhere. Fandango is work in progress

i have been using Vudu for a while. I have almost 300 movies built up on there and I loved it. but, they changed to Fandango and that app is so frustrating especially on my TCL qm7 Google format. almost every time I try to open the app it freezes and I have to go into the last movie watched to get it to work. and then if I am going through my movies and look at something or try to make a list and go to back out of it it takes me back to the top. it makes me wish I had bought all these on any ap

I've been using this app for many years, at times it glitches, and at times it logs me out. Now I can't even log back in to the app. It allows me to log in to my chromecast, Roku but not my phone. It's always something with this app. I haven't changed my username or password but it says my credentials are incorrect. I keep forgetting why I don't rent or purchase videos over this platform. Now I know why.

As of late, the app seems to have some sort of bug that won't let me sign in. I changed my password, removed the VPN, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc... still can't sign in through the app. Can through the browser. Phone software & apps updated also. 12/22/24. Finally signed in through the app. Smoothly, too. Feels crisp. I like it. Thx for the update.

I hate that I have to do everything on my phone now. I loved the Vudu app on my TV. Everything was so big and it was so easy to use. Browsing and selecting movies was a cinch. Not to mention my wife could use our library when I was at work. Why did you have to close the app on the TVs? It wasn't broke why did you have to fix it?

They removed the ability to watch all the content I've purchased on my TV app. Now I'm having issues even Chrome-casting from this phone app! And worse of all, I have purchased 3D content that is no longer available to me at all. If you're wanting to purchase digital content, go anywhere else other than here! Fandango is terrible!
