I downloaded this game last week and have been enjoying it so far! My only frustrations are around level 50, the artwork behind the characters during levels is gone and is now a black backdrop and then I placed large item in my town square that's "there" but I can't see it. Would be really great if these could be fixed.... especially since I just started the game and it's a bummer it's already having issues because I've been enjoying the game play. Any help with this would be great.

Leah Ruiloba, 2024-08-26Uninstalling. Lost ALL progress,and when I say ALL I mean 5300+ levels. Back to literal square one!! It absolutely WILL NOT connect to Facebook,and I have been going back and forth with customer support for WEEKS,jumping through hoops and attempting all the little things they suggest to get back online. And this is the second time significant CHUNKS of progress have been lost. I'm over it. Finding a new game to play!!
