Worst update, to download local model where wifi not available its really no use. Please provide alternate way to download local model

There often happens pauses, what are not give good experience. With bots impossible to talk like with human, they just send millions letters out of understanding message. Impossible to make tasks, like ask can u send message to my number , in answer goes hundreds sentences which are actually not have any sense. They could not listen what ask humans, I ask can u create task for tomorrow, in answer millions texts with instructions. It looks as generator of instructions , no reality
