Great service manager. All the functionality in house. Customer asset management and customer portal. On features it's an easy 5 star application. Mostly things work. Unfortunately it falls appart when it comes automation side. Bringing in additional info into jobs is painful. The android app struggles with all the extra pages one needs to open to ad information to jobs. Jobcard statuses doesn't start/stop timers. Job/appointments/queries are one thing... Etc Hopeful it's a work in progress.
