Checked & confirmed the items with the driver who said there was a mix up with my order, I was confused as the receipt showed 2 burger meals. Later on I received a call from the admin team who was adamant my order was complete. I asked HOW & WHY would the driver beg me to pay for the 1 meal if it was complete? Call dropped. The rudeness and incompetence is appalling. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE |
