The app does not work in my android smartphone after 7 Dec 2023. The same happened almost 2 years ago, when an update. Please fix it, otherwise avtech surveillance devices are inaccessible via android smartphone.

Complete garbage. I used the Local Network Search to find my AVTech DVR 7xx Series which it finds & shows the MAC address & IP address. You enter the username & password, save it and try to view it, and it just says "IP address not found" - the Local Search found it! So why doesn't this garbage stream the image!? Robert Chou's 'IP Cam Viewer Pro' seems to work, so why not this AVTech garbage?!?
