App crashes a lot. Bad UI and things aren't clear. Since I already have other products of the same company that are connected through another app by the same company, why do I need to create another account for that same functionality?

App doesn't open views. Keep reloading. Say there is a bug on the app and that I must upgrade. I see there is no new upgrade. Please sort out this issue. 🙄
