This is the most worthless software I've had to suffer through since Windows ME. It's like it was written by someone who has no clue what the job requires, is barely literate, and won't use spell check. The GPS is usually wildly inaccurate, the routing option is a waste, and it crashes every 3-4 serves. There's no way to select multiple options for describing service, and the options for that are antiquated. Photos must be taken thru the app, which crashes and deletes the photo and notes. #FAIL.
