There are numerous companies everywhere and there would obviously be a lot of people employed in offices that don't fall in the list of verified companies. Also, not everyone might also have a work email ID. So this feature that only people from verified companies can use is ridiculous and limits the number of users. Also, if somehow someone even gets a reffered by someone else, how do you expect that this will validate your claim of "safety for the users"?
