User reviews
Users report that the Urgently Technician app has significant technical problems including frequent crashes, freezes, battery drain, and unreliable notifications that cause missed job opportunities. Many mention poor customer support and login issues. While some appreciate direct call support and simpler platform after setup, overall job payouts are low and the app often fails to deliver timely alerts, frustrating service providers relying on it for dispatches.
Pros
- When you call, a person picks up and not an automated system.
- Some users find the app's platform simpler after initial setup.
- The app generates job alerts for service providers.
Cons
- App frequently crashes, freezes, and locks up phones, causing usability issues.
- Notifications are unreliable or sent via text instead of in-app, leading to missed or delayed job alerts.
- App drains phone battery and constantly uses location in the background.
- Difficulty logging in or being locked out due to activation code issues, with poor tech support response.
- Low pay rates for jobs and delayed or missing payments to service providers.

I had a hard time putting my exact location in, also had to wait a couple of hours on the side of the freeway, but id rather wait then pay 600 dollars which was what other tow companys where quoting me. All in all the app needs some work also it would be nice to not wait for so long.
