If there was a zero-star option, I’d give that. The app is extremely frustrating. I had to reinstall it several times because it didn’t let me customize my order. Every time I order, I have to re-enter my details, which is super inconvenient. Online payment almost never works—it always shows an error, forcing me to use cash on delivery. It takes nearly an hour just to place a single order. It’s 2024, and developing a simple, user-friendly app shouldn’t be this hard. Worst app ever 👎

Doesn't save the address. I have to keep entering it. Fix the app. It's rubbish. Wasn't able to order the online offer as the app wasn't working, and the outlet location couldn't be chosen.
