I’ve tried many apps as a waiter, but this one takes the cake... it has revolutionized my work! What I like most is the table layout feature. It’s intuitive and lets me take orders in seconds. The QR payment system is a win: customers love it, and it makes my life easier. The app is easy to use, and the interface is clear—even my most novice colleagues picked it up quickly. So far, our team has really liked this App. Not only is it very easy to use, but it has a wide variety of functions that make it a breeze for us to take orders from our customers who are dining inside. It also allows us to manage whether the payment will be in cash, by card, or even using a QR code. We used to have a bunch of different systems to take orders, control them, and manage online ordering, but now GoGrab does it all for us.
